Hamilton proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Poland Tornadoes. The win was familiar territory for Hamilton, who have now won four matches in a row.

They hit Poland with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gavin Hames, Levi Neuenschwander, and Brayden Pretre.

Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Poland, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Hamilton will face off against Cooperstown at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Poland, they will take on Madison Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
