Basketball Game Preview: Wyandotte Bulldogs vs. Northeast Vikings

The Wyandotte Bulldogs will face off against the Northeast Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses dating back to last season for Wyandotte and ten for Northeast dating back to last season.

Wyandotte is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Highland Park two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Wyandotte took a blow against Highland Park, falling 88-20. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 58-13.

Meanwhile, Northeast scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a hard 53-38 fall against Rock Port. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 486th, while the Blue Jays are ranked 196th).

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Wyandotte, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
