Basketball Recap: Spartanburg Vikings vs. Dorman Cavaliers
Spartanburg lost against Dorman back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartanburg Vikings came up short against the Dorman Cavaliers, falling 69-48. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 18th).

Several Vikings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kamryn Sainvil, who posted 14 points and seven boards. Sainvil has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. De'Asia Bridges was another key player, putting up 12 points and six rebounds.
