Eva Garcia, Charlotte's leader in runs on the season, led the team again on Thursday. Garcia did her part (and then some), going 3-for-4 with six RBI, two triples, and three runs for the 'W'. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2024.

Looking ahead, Garcia and Charlotte will take on Cotulla at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cowboys thanks in part to Garcia: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
