Baseball Recap: Red Oak Comes Up Short

Red Oak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cameron Yellow Jackets. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly four runs.

Red Oak's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Cameron, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.

When Red Oak and Cameron next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Eagles will challenge Stonewall and their three-game winning streak at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cameron will try to stop Poteau's three-game winning streak when they meet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
