Softball Recap: Park Victorious

The Park Wolfpack were able to grind out a solid win over the North Polars on Wednesday, taking the game 4-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolfpack.

Park's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for North, they moved to 15-5 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Coming up, Park will challenge Hastings at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wolfpack 3.6, the Raiders 2.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for North, they will host Mounds View at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.85 runs per game on average), something the Polars will no doubt try to take advantage of.
