Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Quinton Martinez: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made three total tackles (2.0 for loss) as Weatherford fell to Bell 35-21. We hope Martinez's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Martinez and Weatherford will be playing at home against Azle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time these two faced off, Martinez and Co. were forced to settle for a 51-28 loss.
