Softball Recap: Oldham-Ramona/R Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Oldham-Ramona/R's offense. They came up short against the Flandreau Fliers on Monday, falling 8-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Rutland in their meetings with the Fliers: they've now lost five in a row.

Oldham-Ramona/R's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Flandreau, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Oldham-Ramona/R will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Elkton/Lake Benton on the 23rd. As for Flandreau, they will venture away from home to take on Madison at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
