Recap: Owensboro Catholic Aces vs. Caldwell County Tigers        
        
		
            
 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Owensboro Catholic Aces had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They really took it to Caldwell County for the full four quarters, racking up a  61-14 win at home. The  victory was just business as usual for Owensboro Catholic, who after 11 games remain undefeated this season.
  Brady Atwell continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 255 yards and six touchdowns while completing 76.2% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of  William "Tutt" Carrico, who picked up 99 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Owensboro Catholic has yet to lose a  matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 11-0 record. They've been dominating during the  matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.5 points. As for Caldwell County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
 Owensboro Catholic will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Crittenden County at 7:00  p.m. Crittenden County will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Kentucky Rankings (they are ranked 99th, while Owensboro Catholic is ranked 21st). Caldwell County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
