Basketball Recap: Curry Takes a Loss

Curry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through an 82-31 loss at the hands of the Tarrant Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 424th, while the Wildcats are ranked 199th).

Curry's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Tarrant, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Curry will be playing at home against Fultondale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tarrant, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pleasant Grove at 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
