Mohawk is a perfect 4-0 against South Central since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Trojans at 2:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Mohawk 2.7, South Central 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Mohawk is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Plymouth with a sharp 11-1 win. Considering the Warriors have won 12 contests by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, South Central posted their closest victory since April 15th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over Buckeye Central. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Bucks: they've now won six in a row.

Mohawk is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for South Central, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.

Mohawk came out on top in a nail-biter against South Central in their previous meeting back in May of 2021, sneaking past 1-0. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
