Volleyball Recap: Standish-Sterling Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Standish-Sterling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Carrollton Cavaliers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat back in September.

Standish-Sterling's loss dropped their record down to 12-16-6. As for Carrollton, they pushed their record up to 29-2-2 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home.

Standish-Sterling has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Farwell on the 29th. As for Carrollton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against St. Charles on the 30th.
