Baseball Recap: Jersey Village Comes Up Short

Jersey Village was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Cypress Woods Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered since February 22, 2024.

Jersey Village saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Bielamowicz, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Jersey Village's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Cypress Woods, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0-1.

Coming up, Jersey Village will take on George Ranch in a tournament on Thursday. George Ranch's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Jersey Village's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Cypress Woods, they will be taking part in a tournament against Klein Cain at 11:20 a.m. on Saturday.
