Football Recap: Page Pirates vs. Southeast Guilford Falcons
Page was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell to the Southeast Guilford Falcons 28-24. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.
Southeast Guilford can attribute much of their success to Alexander Marsh, who threw for 130 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 64 yards.
Page's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Southeast Guilford, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
As of now, neither Page nor Southeast Guilford have any future games scheduled.
