Basketball Recap: N.C. School for the Deaf Triumphs

N.C. School for the Deaf was handed a 41-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs out 49-47.

Despite the loss, Mississippi School for the Deaf still got an impressive performance from Tyler Thomas, who posted 28 points. The dominant performance gave Thomas a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Carrawell, who had ten points.

N.C. School for the Deaf is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-21.

As of now, neither N.C. School for the Deaf nor Mississippi School for the Deaf have any future games scheduled.
