Baseball Recap: Pac-Five Takes a Loss

Pac-Five started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Mid-Pacific Institute. They fell just short of the Owls by a score of 6-5 on Saturday. The Wolfpack were not able to make up for their defeat to the Owls from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Ethan Lee (Ethan) was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. He also put up an RBI, which was his first of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Pac-Five and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Mid-Pacific Institute, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pac-Five is set to challenge their familiar foe 'Iolani at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mid-Pacific Institute will face off against rival St. Louis at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
