Beavercreek had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They never let the Springfield Wildcats get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Considering the Beavers have won six matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Beavercreek's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Springfield, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14-1.

Looking ahead, Beavercreek will square off against Roger Bacon at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Springfield, they will face off against Piqua at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
