Johnson County Sports Association fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They enjoyed a cozy 28-14 victory over the Grace Classical Christian Academy Gryphons on Thursday.

Johnson County Sports Association got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lilliana Bertram out in front who posted eight points and 14 boards. Bertram is becoming a predictor of the Lions' success: when she posts at least eight rebounds the team is 2-1 (and 0-6 when she doesn't). Another player making a difference was Gabby Fahey, who had two points along with nine boards and seven steals.
