Soccer Game Preview: Warren vs. West Muskingum

The Warren Warriors are taking a road trip to face off against the West Muskingum Tornadoes at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Warren will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Warren proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Alexander 3-2. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Warren were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, West Muskingum hadn't done well against River View recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Tornadoes' defense stepped up to hand the Black Bears a 1-0 shutout. West Muskingum's winning goal came courtesy of Aiden Metz.

Warren's win bumped their record up to 9-4-2. As for West Muskingum, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
