Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norco). They put the hurt on the Bonita Bearcats with a sharp 13-0 win on Friday. The Cougars' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Norco's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-0. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Bonita, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Norco will take on O'Connor at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Norco's pitching crew has only allowed 1.3 runs per game this season, so O'Connor's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bonita, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-7 loss against La Mirada on the 7th.
