Basketball Recap: Snyder Takes a Loss

Snyder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers and fell 57-23. While losing is never fun, the Cyclones can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 424th, while the Tigers are ranked 90th).

Snyder's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Mountain View-Gotebo, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Snyder will venture away from home to challenge Grandfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain View-Gotebo has already played their next game, a 50-46 loss against Apache on the 18th.
