Baseball Game Preview: Evergreen Wolverines vs. Non Varsity Opponent

The Evergreen Wolverines will face off against Non Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Evergreen has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 30.

Evergreen came up short against Interlake on Wednesday, falling 19-6.

Peter Nguyen made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Riley Coughlin, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Non Varsity Opponent's offense. They lost 11-0 to CSTHEA on Thursday.

Evergreen's loss dropped their record down to 3-13-1. As for Non Varsity Opponent, their defeat dropped their record down to 127-173-10.
