Madison has gone 8-2 against Tri-Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Madison Bulldogs will take on the Tri-Valley Mustangs in a holiday battle at at 7:45 p.m. Tri-Valley took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Madison, who comes in off a win.

While Bulldogs fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Saturday's season opener. They strolled past Elk Point-Jefferson with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 65-51. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Tri-Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 63-56 to Parkston.

Madison came out on top in a nail-biter against Tri-Valley in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, sneaking past 46-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Madison since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
