Basketball Recap: Wabasso Takes a Loss

Wabasso lost against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wabasso Rabbits took a 56-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs. The Rabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wabasso's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-7 record.

Wabasso will venture away from home to square off against Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Springfield will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Wabasso surely won't give up without a fight. As for Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart, they will square off against Cleveland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
