Basketball Recap: Berwyn/Cicero Morton Comes Up Short

If Berwyn/Cicero Morton was feeling good fresh off their 62-27 takedown of Steinmetz College Prep last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs fell just short of the Hinsdale South Hornets by a score of 41-39 on Friday. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Berwyn/Cicero Morton's loss dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Hinsdale South, their win bumped their record up to 7-21.

Coincidentally, Berwyn/Cicero Morton and Hinsdale South will both be playing Willowbrook the next time they take the court. Hinsdale South will host Willowbrook at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Berwyn/Cicero Morton will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
