Softball Recap: Grapevine Faith Christian Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Grapevine Faith Christian's offense. They came up short against the Fort Worth Country Day Falcons on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Lions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Grapevine Faith Christian fell to 2-1. As for Fort Worth Country Day, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Grapevine Faith Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Midland Christian at 5:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for Fort Worth Country Day, they are taking a road trip to challenge Liberty Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
