Volleyball Game Preview: Kimball Cubs vs. Rockford Rockets + How To Watch

The Kimball Cubs will face off against the Rockford Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Kimball had taken Eden Valley-Watkins down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Cubs lost 3-0 to the Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Rockford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Dassel-Cokato.

Kimball's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Rockford, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Kimball took their win against Rockford when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Cubs repeat their success, or do the Rockets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
