Volleyball Recap: Alexia Anderson Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Notus + How To Watch

Vision barely beat Notus the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Vision was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Notus on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Vision also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Vision never let Notus on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-23.

Vision's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alexia Anderson led the charge by getting seven kills, six aces, and four digs. Those six aces gave Anderson a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Raelynn Nickel, who had four digs, three aces, and one block.

Vision has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Notus, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Vision will head out to face off against Compass Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Notus, they will square off against Harper at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
