Basketball Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

Johnson was the 75-67 winner over Windsor Forest when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Johnson Atomsmashers took a 70-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Windsor Forest Knights on Tuesday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (59), the Atomsmashers still had to take the loss.

Windsor Forest's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ryheim Manning led the charge by putting up 26 points. Another player making a difference was Sean Cabellero, who posted 20 points.

Johnson's defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Windsor Forest, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-5.

As of now, neither Johnson nor Windsor Forest have any future games scheduled.
