The Faulkton Trojans will face off against the St. Mary Cardinals at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Faulkton sitting on five straight wins and St. Mary on ten.

Faulkton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 32-22 victory over Sully Buttes. Faulkton's win was all the more impressive since the Chargers were averaging only 11.5 points allowed on the season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when St. Mary took on Corsica/Stickney on Thursday. The Cardinals blew past the Jaguars 56-6. Considering the Cardinals have won eight matchups by more than 47 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Faulkton's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for St. Mary, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.

Faulkton took their victory against St. Mary in their previous matchup back in November of 2024 by a conclusive 48-22 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
