Basketball Recap: Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy won the last time they faced Guadalupe Centers, and Gabby Sosland did her part to make sure it happened again. The Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy Rams took their match on Monday with ease, bagging a 61-13 win over the Guadalupe Centers Aztecs thanks in part to Sosland, who went 9 for 21 en route to 19 points along with six rebounds and six steals. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Sabra Bergh, who posted eight points in addition to seven steals and five boards. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed seven or more in the last three games she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy and bumps their season record up to 7-5. As for Guadalupe Centers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
