Whitmore Lake had won two straight games and Nate Dillon did his part to make it three on Tuesday. The Whitmore Lake Trojans really took it to the Lutheran Warriors for the full four quarters, racking up a 90-39 victory thanks in part to Dillon, who shot 4-for-7 from long range and dropped a triple-double with 25 points, 13 rebounds, and ten assists. The contest was his seventh in a row with at least 15 points.

Isaac Fair was another key player, going 7 of 9 to rack up 15 points along with eight boards and six steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Despite the loss, Lutheran saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Joey Hollyer went 6 for 12 on his way to 12 points and six rebounds. Those 12 points gave Hollyer a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nathan Yakobe, who went 5 of 11 en route to 10 points.

Whitmore Lake pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.8 points over those games. As for Lutheran, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

Whitmore Lake wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 75-46 defeat against St. Mary Catholic Central on the 5th. As for Lutheran, they have also already played their next matchup, a 55-23 victory against Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit on the 6th.
