Lipscomb Academy faced Christ Presbyterian Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Lions by a score of 13-9. The victory was familiar territory for the Mustangs, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Lipscomb Academy pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
