Baseball Recap: Harmon Hawks vs. Highland Park Scots

Harmon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 16-9 to the Highland Park Scots. Hawks fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Scots since Saturday.

Jaxson Ruiz stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he got on base in two of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Jesus Portillo Carrillo, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.
