Basketball Recap: Malden Takes a Loss

Malden suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Wednesday. They were outmatched by the Acton-Boxborough Revolution and fell 63-30. While losing is never fun, the Golden Tornados can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 236th in Massachusetts, while the Revolution are ranked 116th in Massachusetts).

Malden has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. The victory made it two in a row for Acton-Boxborough and bumps their season record up to 10-13.

As of now, neither Malden nor Acton-Boxborough have any future games scheduled.
