Baseball Recap: Warren County Comes Up Short

Warren County fell victim to Shelbyville Central and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 15-0 to the Golden Eagles. The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers just can't catch a break and have now endured eight losses in a row.

Warren County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Adams, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Shelbyville Central, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-5.

Coming up, Warren County will host Northwest at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Shelbyville Central, they will head out to take on Forrest at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
