Soccer Recap: Middleborough Takes a Loss

Middleborough entered their match against Case on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Sachems took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Middleborough couldn't push the score so high this time.

Middleborough's loss dropped their record down to 6-2-6. As for Case, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Middleborough will challenge Fairhaven at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Case, they will venture away from home to take on West Bridgewater at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
