Oregon hasn't had much luck on the road recently (they'd lost four straight) but thanks in part to Aniyah Sarver that streak is no more. The Oregon Hawks were the clear victor by a 56-31 margin over the Durand Bulldogs on Monday thanks to Sarver, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 17 boards. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Noelle Girton, who put up eight points. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 57% in the last three games she's played.

Despite the defeat, Durand had strong showings from Aurora Hilton, who earned nine points along with eight rebounds and four steals, and Maddy Moore, who had eight points.

Oregon's record is now 13-14. As for Durand, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-19 record this season.

Oregon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-25 loss against Lutheran on the 11th. As for Durand, they have also already played their next match, a 45-13 defeat against Dakota on the 11th.
