Softball Recap: Center Hill Mustangs vs. Olive Branch Conquistadors        
        
		
            
 After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Center Hill brought some dynamite into their most recent  match. They walked away with  a   15-12  win over the Olive Branch Conquistadors  on Monday. The  victory was just what Center Hill needed coming off of  an  11-0 defeat in their prior  contest.
  Nevaeh Bussell was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole four bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.  Juliet Davis was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 4-for-5.
 Center Hill's win bumped their record up to 7-13-1. As for Olive Branch, they are  on  an  11-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-14.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Center Hill will take on Lake Cormorant at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Lake Cormorant is coming into the  game with eight straight  losses on the road,  meaning Center Hill will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. As for Olive Branch, they will be playing at home against Grenada at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Grenada's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6  runs per game  this season, so Olive Branch's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
