Volleyball Game Preview: Evergreen Valley Cougars vs. Santa Teresa Saints + How To Watch

The Evergreen Valley Cougars are taking a road trip to challenge the Santa Teresa Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Santa Teresa took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Evergreen Valley, who comes in off a win.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Cougars on Wednesday. Evergreen Valley won by a set and slipped past Christopher 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for Evergreen Valley.

Evergreen Valley wouldn't go down easily and took Christopher into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-21, 25-20, 17-25, 15-12.

Meanwhile, Santa Teresa unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Alisal.

Evergreen Valley's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Santa Teresa, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.

Everything went Evergreen Valley's way against Santa Teresa in their previous matchup back in August of 2017, as Evergreen Valley made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
