Pendleton Heights is 9-1 against Greenfield-Central since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Greenfield-Central's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Pendleton Heights, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Greenfield-Central's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Pendleton Heights has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.9 hits per game. It's a different story for Greenfield-Central, though, as they've been averaging 9.1 hits. Given Pendleton Heights' sizable advantage in that area, the Cougars will need to find a way to close that gap.

Pendleton Heights beat Greenfield-Central 6-2 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Arabians since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
