Volleyball Recap: Eastside Catholic Takes a Loss

Eastside Catholic lost against Bishop Blanchet on October 1st and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Crusaders came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Eastside Catholic was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-21, 25-18.

Bishop Blanchet had a senior duo take command as Audrey Schneider had 11 digs and two aces and EvaMaria Chavez had 15 assists.

Eastside Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Bishop Blanchet, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-2.

As of now, neither Eastside Catholic nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
