Soccer Game Preview: New Hampstead vs. Perry

For the first time this season, New Hampstead will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing at home against the Perry Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

New Hampstead is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Jenkins on Thursday. The Phoenix fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Perry fell victim to Wayne County and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Yellow Jackets by a score of 1-0.

Perry's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for New Hampstead, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
