The Memorial Roughriders will face off against the Shawnee Indians at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Memorial barely beat Van Wert the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Roughriders blew past the Cougars 7-1 on Tuesday. The Roughriders haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Shawnee waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-2 margin over the Cardinals.

Riley Rhodes made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double.
