Basketball Game Preview: Sherando Warriors vs. Millbrook Pioneers

The Sherando Warriors will venture away from home to take on the Millbrook Pioneers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Friday, Sherando came up short against Fauquier and fell 59-51. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Millbrook ended up a good deal behind Handley on Friday and lost 74-60. The Pioneers haven't had much luck with the Judges recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Millbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Sherando, their loss dropped their record down to 11-10.

Sherando couldn't quite finish off Millbrook in their previous matchup back in January and fell 53-51. Can Sherando avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
