Eastern posted their closest win since September 5, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Woodson Warriors 2-1. The Ramblers haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Eastern's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Woodson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Eastern is set to take on their familiar foe Cardozo at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Woodson will challenge rival Bell at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
