Volleyball Recap: Bennington Victorious

Bennington won the last time they faced Lincoln East and things went their way on Saturday too. The Badgers came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Badgers.

Addy Olson was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave her a new career-high. Paige Gargano also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Bennington's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Lincoln East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Bennington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Elkhorn North on the 2nd. As for Lincoln East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Kearney on the 30th.
