Softball Recap: Stonington Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Stonington's offense. They came up short against the Chariho Chargers on Monday, falling 14-0. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Chargers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Stonington's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Chariho, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stonington will venture away from home to challenge Lyman Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chariho, they will face off against Moses Brown at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
