Basketball Recap: Germantown Comes Up Short

Germantown lost against Southwind back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Germantown Red Devils took a 51-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwind Jaguars. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Southwind to victory, but perhaps none more so than Austen Price, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten rebounds. Price is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last eight games he's played. Justin Edwards was another key player, putting up ten points.

Germantown's loss dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Southwind, their victory bumped their record up to 19-9.

As of now, neither Germantown nor Southwind have any future games scheduled.
