The Boone Grove Wolves scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Calumet New Tech 55-31. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Boone Grove has managed all season.
Drew Jeffries was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 17 points along with six rebounds and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Elaina Schreiner, who scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Boone Grove and bumps their season record up to 4-15. As for Calumet New Tech, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
Boone Grove will be playing in front of their home fans against Wheeler at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wheeler is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. As for Calumet New Tech, they will head out on the road to face off against Lake Station Edison at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
